Founded by Spencer Davern, a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, Ecopanda Property Services was created with a passion for delivering reliable, accurate, and environmentally responsible property services.

• Property Inventory Services : Using advanced 360° camera technology and leading software to produce detailed, paperless reports for landlords, tenants and property management companies.

• Stock Conditioning Survey: We provide detailed Stock Condition Surveys for multiple-property landlords, assessing each property’s current EPC performance under the latest RdSAP 10.2 methodology. Allowing you to visualise how targeted improvements can boost EPC ratings and make confident, cost-effective upgrade decisions across your property portfolio.
