Spencer has been invaluable for my piece of mind when looking into how to achieve a better energy performance rating for my rental apartment.
He looks into with great detail each and individual factor to help you gain that better rating in relation to an EPC.
Not only is he calm and collected he explains everything really well as things can seem daunting and confusing at first. He will come out to your home or rental dwelling with fair short notice for a small fee but well worth every penny!
I would recommend him to anyone looking for guidance and direction. I will be keeping Spencer along side my journey over the next few years till I am happy with my rating.
